This Privacy Policy applies to the SayReps mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Application"), developed by Jean-Baptiste Félix (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is provided as a freemium product and is offered "AS IS".
When you create an account, the Application collects your email address and a hashed password. Registration is required to access certain features of the Application. The Service Provider may use your contact information to send you important service-related notices. Marketing communications will only be sent with your explicit consent, and you may opt out at any time.
The Application may automatically collect certain technical information, including the type of mobile device you use, your device's unique identifier, IP address, mobile operating system, browser type, and usage patterns within the Application. This data is collected to help us maintain, improve, and secure the Application.
The Application requests access to your device's microphone to enable voice-driven workout logging. When you use the voice input feature, your speech is captured and securely transmitted over HTTPS to our servers for transcription.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
The Application relies on the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:
The Service Provider may also disclose your information when required by law, when necessary to protect the rights or safety of users, or in response to a valid government request.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure located in the European Union, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate or improve the Application. No security system can guarantee absolute protection against all potential breaches.
User-provided data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Automatically collected analytics data may be retained for up to 24 months, after which it may be aggregated and anonymized.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@sayreps.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that some data may be required for the Application to function properly and will be deleted upon account termination.
Note: In-app account deletion is planned for a future update of the Application.
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted information to us, please contact us at support@sayreps.com.
You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the app marketplace.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Application after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
