These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SayReps mobile application ("Application"), developed and operated by Jean-Baptiste Félix ("Service Provider", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
SayReps is a voice-driven workout logging application that allows users to record spoken notes about their training sessions. These notes are automatically transcribed and organized into a structured workout history. The Application is available as a freemium service — certain advanced features require a paid subscription.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Application. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
Access to the Application requires creating an account using your email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@sayreps.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. To request deletion, please contact us at support@sayreps.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe. In-app account deletion is planned for a future update.

All content, design, code, and trademarks within the Application are the exclusive property of the Service Provider or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in the Application or its content.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Application, including voice recordings and workout data. By using the Application, you grant the Service Provider a limited license to process, store, and display this content solely to provide the service described in these Terms. We do not sell your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
SayReps is a workout logging tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before starting, changing, or stopping any exercise program. The Service Provider assumes no liability for any injury, health issue, or other consequence resulting from physical activity logged or tracked using the Application.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Application. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Application in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Application ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the Application or by email. Continued use of the Application after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
